The contact form uses FormSubmit, a third-party service that processes the submission and sends it to Celia’s email.

Clinical care and Headway
Submitting the website form does not establish a therapist-client relationship. Appointment scheduling, insurance information, and clinical communications should be completed through Headway or another method provided directly by the practice. Headway has its own privacy practices and policies.
